Summer cupcakes
It's 40C here in Australia! It calls for summer cupcakes (pineapple and plums) with strawberry & orange icing.
Icing is 1tsp orange zest, 1cup icing sugar, 2tbs strawberry sauce & 1tsp water. Stir briskly until smooth paste abt 1min. Royal icing I made a while ago decorates the top too ^.^
Cake was a vanilla box mix. Replace the milk n egg with lemon soda mixed with crushed pineapple n plum. Well, they were the only fruits I could find in the fridge actually *giggles*
Vegan friendly too :)
