Mint cookies and cream cupcakes
Well, my boyfriend's favorite cupcake is the cookies and cream cupcake. He raves about them but I haven't made them in awhile. He also really likes mint so I thought hey, this way I can make it just a little bit different. I'm not really a fan of making the same cupcake twice it seems... But. Yeah.
