My first EVER attempt at cupcakes. I made two batches, one is chocolate with strawberry and vanilla icing/frosting, the other is vanilla with choc-chips and chocolate icing/frosting.
They must have been ok, because my brothers have pretty much finished them off and my boyfriend loved them! He eats everything though, so I'm not sure if that is an indication of success lol.
Also a question, I have two bottles of rosewater and peppermint essence. Any ideas for any cupcake recipes I could incorporate these into? I love mint, and rosewater just smells so nice!
