Baking emergency!
I am making the Burnt-Butter Brown Sugar cupcakes posted a few days back, and like a ninnymuggins, I did not think ahead about how much time it takes melted butter to re-solidify. These cupcakes have been promised to a dinner party tonight, which puts me in a time crunch.
Do people think it would screw them up really badly to add the dry ingredients while the butter is still somewhat liquidy? Eek!
