so i made cupcakes for my work a little while back and my boss loved them. so today she asked if i would be interested in selling them at the salon i work at. of course i said yes. we decided to do 3 flavors a week. i was wondering if anyone has had frozen cupcakes or has any idea how to sell them without having to bake more everyday, since i still work full time doing hair. about how much should i sell them for and what are some good recipies i should try? this week i am going to do chocolate with a reeses in the middle and peanut butter icing, chocolate with buttercream frosting, and lemon- but i'm not sure what frosting yet.

any idea or suggestions would be great!
