I made cupcakes tonight on a whim. They're "Easy Yellow Cupcakes" with "Basic Buttercream Frosting." I made a double batch of the cupcakes and the icing, but I had lots of icing left over. The sprinkles didn't stick too well because I added them after the frosting was kind of hardened. Anyway, there are pics under the cut!
