♥ Your cupcake history: I've been baking forever, and I've always had the not-so-secret love for cupcakes. OH& I'm starting school at the Culinary Institute of America in a month, majoring in Baking & Pastry Arts Management. So stoked :]
♥ Why you like cupcakes: They're just so darn cute. You all understand. There's so much room for creativity in cupcakes, it's amazing. You can make a batch of cupcakes and come out with 12 entirely different little delicious pieces of art. It's fantastic.
a few days ago i went cupcake crazy. ended up with about four or five dozen. most were frosted and given to my dad to take to work, but some were frozen for another drab day. here are just a few of my creations.
p00p wit fliezzz. yeah so me and my buddy (you may have seen her post on here) decided to make mushroom cupcakes and poop cupcakes (because mushrooms grow in poop, get it?). i don't have pictures of the shroomcakes, but here are the poopcakes!
these are some from quite a while ago:
red velvet with a cream cheese frosting for my sister's friend phil.
made these for my sister's friend kaja's birthday a year or so ago. vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream on some, and rolled fondant on the others.
chocolate-habanero cupcakes with cinnamon buttercream.
