♥ Your cupcake history: I love cake decorating, and enjoy making regular cupcakes and the increasingly popular pull-apart ones, which I have posted pics of here previously. Lately I've cultivated an interest in Vegan cupcakes, because I had friends who were getting left out of the treats, and I hate that.
♥ Why you like cupcakes: They're a delicious way to get some sugary goodness, and no hassling with forks and knives!
♥ Cupcake photos, recipes, or other interesting cupcake-related photos/tidbits that you found: I made Vegan Red Velvet cupcakes yesterday to celebrate the 4th of July:
The cupcake and cream cheese frosting recipe are both from the legendary "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World". I doubled the cupcake recipe and quadrupled the frosting one so I could pile the frosting on!
ETA: I swirled on white frosting, and used spray-on red and blue food coloring. Betty Crocker makes the spray color, and it's available in some grocery stores, as well as craft and cake supply shops.
