Interesting...
So, A while ago I applied to Lotus Cars for a position in the Engineering Training Scheme. Nothing came of it, and I figured they just didn't want to hire outside of the country. A few months pass. I'm kind of having a bad day here. Lots of crap to do, Parker Hannifin email me to tell me they don't want me for the position, and I am up to my ears in data analysis. Then the email ding goes off and I go look.
"Thank you for your interest in the Lotus Training Scheme. Please accept
our apologies for the delay in responding to you.
Our records show that you applied to the scheme some time ago, and we
are not currently aware if you would still be interested in the scheme.
Therefore we would be grateful if you please advise if you would still
like to have your application put forward for consideration.
For your information we will be closing this vacancy in early January
2010.
