the ludicrous spectacle of their government
I'd like to see a political cartoon depicting Polish political cartoonists yesterday, absolutely salivating over the possibilty that they might have a prime minister AND a president who are identical twins!!! Imagine the excitement in the drawing room: paper strewn across the floor, pencils worn down to the stubs, as they hunched over their desks feverishly scribbling cartoon after hilarious cartoon portraying the ludicrous spectacle of their government. how WONDERFUL! think of the possibilities! Unfortunatley for them though, the second twin - although elected - didn't take the job as PM.
Now that's just selfish i recon. Think of all those wasted ideas! Maybe the political cartoonists will quit their jobs, move to LA and write a screenplay for a box office smash-hit romantic comedy about presidential twins. Now THAT'S a funny movie, they'd say to each other in Polish.
