In which there is a reason for Chanyeol's lack of clothes, but that isn't really the point
Baekhyun finds out that they don’t always have to wear the grey initiation robes on a daily basis and only at formal events and cries praise and thanksgiving to whoever is up there. Instead, they wear a very classy and expensive looking black and silver uniform and a coloured silk tie, the colour depending on the year they’re in.
Not that Chanyeol ever wears that - no, he sticks to cheap looking T-shirts and shorts, and sometimes, he just shows up to class in his boxers. But none of the teachers say a thing, and after a while , the rest of the class begins to treat it like it’s normal.
It takes Baekhyun a little more time and a bit more investigating before he understands. Chanyeol, despite growing up in a magical family, never had the patience to master control and always ended up burning the clothes off his body whenever he was too excited.
Which was pretty often.
Baekhyun understands a bit more now, and he tries his best to tolerate Chanyeol’s strange behaviour the best he can. He manages to do pretty well until Chanyeol starts wearing his boxers when the other burns up all of his own.
That’s still okay, what’s not is that Chanyeol’s tells everyone of the fact.
Baekhyun starts to wonder if he will ever learn to stop glowing.
