Finished the Anime today and was rather confused and disatisfied with the amount of details that I could connect. Needless to say that I blamed the nature of the Anime for it at first, however many other voices/ reviews had a very positive opinion which is why I decided to research it further.
As it turns out the Anime required a lot more thinking and memorization than I have expected. Fell into a trap of sorts, watched a couple of the first episodes subbed and identified it as a pretty straight forward Anime which will probably give all the answers at the end, like so many others tend to do. That is why I switched to the dubbed versions and basically put it on my second screen, listening to it while doing other things on the side. I did, of course, watch the majority of each episode either way and listened to everything, however details got lost and forgotten due to the general lack of focus - confusing parts were left open by me with the mentality of "that's just the way the director wanted it to be, something random and confusing that will be explained in the last few episodes - I'm sure".
Of course that never happened, haha. Your guide did improve my opinion on the Anime, by a lot - despite my dislike towards convenient things like clones just getting the memories and feelings transferred, Vincent restoring his memory somehow on his own and rather confusing things like Re-l and Pino being unnaturally happy at the end, despite the whole disaster around them. Of course, I could go on and criticize the slow-paced nature of the Anime and a lot of "wasted time", which is a subjective thing to do - since not everybody has a lack of free time during their daily lives - I'm aware of the irony, considering the length of my comment here.
