yep ive been contemplating selling my condo since the market is hot right now, taking the money and going back to my parents house BUT, A BIG BUTT, i think it would be too hard to give up that so-called freedom of living on your own. And the fact that we're getting married next year i could use the money for the wedding but i also feel proud that i can 'provide' shelter for us.....ah well..

by the way, Congrats on the marriage!
