Bakal Boys
Last night, I watched Bakal Boys with Cy and Ja. It's been such a long time since I last set foot inside CCP that I actually felt the urge to check out the souvenir shop. Hahaha. Dayuhan sa sariling bansa-- that's what it felt like. Cy introduced us to Bakal Boys' award-winning director Ralston Jover (and her sometimes boss) who is more laid-back than I expected as well as to her very cool family. They look quite serious but it's all a facade. Hahahaha. We took pictures next to one of the posters but I can't find my USB connector right now so I'll just post them on Facebook. I'll be writing a review for Bakal Boys for Bulatlat though hmm it's a two-year old film. Where was I last 2009? Ahh, but there is a free film screening thing going on at CCP. Check it out if you have the time.
On a sidenote, my sister thought I went to see Bangketa Boys. Er... that seems to speak of something entirely different, Fanny.
