I am still here. And, y'know, around-ish. What have I been doing? Well...

That, for starters. I have eight nine eight chapters to go. (One chapter morphed into two, then I wrote a whole chapter yesterday when I just sat down to rough out the first scene. WIN.) I'm into the final ascent, more or less solid action from Kama's Fatal Poetry Mistake (my chapters don't have titles, except in my head, where everything is more fun) right up until the Grand Showdown, Now With Extra Magical Forces. This should be quite quick to write, since the momentum's with me. I might actually be done by the end of November.

Also, I've been playing a lot of The Reincarnation. Because I love my guild, and since I'm the diplomat, I actually get to use my l33t lying skillz for good. And also we're in a war (again) with some fuckknuckles who outrank us, and we're still pwning them.
In other news, apparently Dumbledore's gay.

I have a similar reaction when people come out to me. "Great, good for you. So?" I guess I could liken it to the response I'd have if someone were to tell me they hate pickles, or are allergic to nuts, or speak Swahili. Oh, OK, so now I know for future reference. Thanks. Now I won't give you pickles/nuts/hot tips of the opposite gender. I know sexuality is frequently considered a much bigger deal than any of those things, but I don't think it should be. So my only response to "Dumbledore's gay" is, "Oh, so that's why McGonagall's rampaging schoolgirl crush on him never got anywhere." *G*
