Post-apocalyptic SPN fic. The atmosphere is taut and brutal, the world sparse and vivid, the characters so beautifully rendered and distressed, the story such an aching ride. I beta-read this, but mostly it was just a process of being thrilled and awed and riven. Despairing and delicious. (Includes Wincest, but please don't let that stop you.)
