Stuff I read this week
Due to having assessment due, I didn't get to read much. I feel like I missed a whole swathe of good stuff! Feel free to catch me up. (Also, shiny new fandom. Hee.)
Star Wars
"Sleeping with the Enemy" by imadra_blue - Obi-Wan and Anakin and the beginning of their relationship. Delightful and well-done, highlighting their differences, but also their potential.
Nochnoi Dozor
girlofprey is doing a series of fairytale-inspired character snippets. Thus far: "Sleeping Beauty" - Olga, and a sense of her long inanimate hibernation; "Goldilocks" - deliciously animal Tiger and Bear; "Red Riding Hood" - Anton and Zavulon, and their true natures. Very evocative stuff.
PS: "The Only Question" by slippery_fish is currently the only other fic in the fandom (well, the only other one on the nd_fic community). It's Anton/Kostya, and it's full of their angst and bolshyness and vodka. Like canon, baby.
