What I Want
You know what I really want?
A convenient marriage story about John and Rodney, which is based in the canon-verse (although perhaps just slightly in the future) and has a really clever and convicing reason for them to get married.
This is all bardiegrub's fault as she has been rubbing my nose in a House fic which fits that description, and it has filled me with longing.
Ironically, I've already started writing a John-and-Rodney-accidentally-get-married-in-Canada story, but that's not quite what I want. I want them to get married on purpose, for some really good reason, and then... you know. Dawning realisation of True Love!
If I wasn't at Swancon this weekend, and didn't already have eighty-bazillion WIPs I haven't had time to write in three months, then I'd sit here for an hour or two and write something to fill my craving.
Bah, humbug! How dare fannish stuff get in the way of my... fannish stuff. ;)
