sooooo LJ material
so today tommy and i were supposed to be on TV on a NICK show called Slime Time Live..well, here is what happened. So we were standing in line and we were around soooo many lil kids but there were some 14/15 yrs olds there that were almost our hight...so we get ON SET and this one guy pulls tommy and me off to the side and asks tommy how old he is...."18" tommy replies and the staff guy tells us we're to old........we had been asking people the whole time we were in line if it was cool if we were on the show and everyone told us "yes". well they told us we could go into the "parent room", watch the taping in there and help ourselves to free food. ok so the thought that is going threw our minds is this is going to be a cool room, with a big tv and great food....yeah freaking right!! it was a small room no Bigger than my closet and the food consist of muffins and a bottle of water................yeah so tommy took a muffin and water and we left....
we were sooooo crushed....i mean if we would habve been 8 yr old kids we would have been crying. we called and complained....like that will do much good, they still havent called tom back.
so, since we were out in Burbank we decided that we would go to this Taco joint (that will remain nameless) that was a block away. well, there was this HUGE black out that lasted about an hour/ house an a half. sooo we get there to find out that the taco place is closed and we really dont want to drive anywhere cuz the street lights were out. out day went from bad to "horiful" in 5min.
this woman pulls up and asks tommy to help her back into her parking spot cuz she threw out her back and could turn to see behind her. tommy did and that's how we became friends with this lady, Bryn. then this guy walked up and asked us if the taco place would be open.. and i thought i knew him from some where...and it turned out i did. He is this Actor who was in Beetle Juice and Demolition Man. his name is Glenn Shadix and he is a really chill guy. then we found out that Bryn is a hair stylist for TV shows and Movies and she worked on the show DeadWood. we told them our story about Nick kicking us out and they were upset by it and Bryn told tommy and me that she liked us sooo much that she would get us onto the set of one of her shows.. and she gave tommy and me her Cell # and told us we better call her.
We believe everything happens for a reason...and today was an AMAZING day. yay i want be on tv haha. so that's my story...and i'm sticking to it.
