(no subject)
Ok, I do love other places- Colorado, Arkasas, Boston-
But there are some things that California beats all others at.
Today? Breakfast at the beach, lunch up in the High Desert (middle of the mountains). Beat that, Every49 Else. ^_^ (And food for both was provided by Whole Foods, so yummy hot-bar breakfast assorted foods, and then stuffed croisant-style things for lunch, complete with mini cheesecakes!)
There was also a stop at a Lush store- where bansidhe had never gone to before! I stocked up on a few things I was running out of (better than paying shipping!), and she got a few things as well. There was also an attempt at an independant yarn shop- but alas, this was Sunday, and often such places are closed. (Considering the money spent at Lush, this may have been a good thing!)
Alas, there's been lots of caffeine consumed today- not much sleep night before last, and I could NOT sleep last night- meh. I may putz around and see about cooking something I can survive on for a few meals, but tonight is going to be a very early night.
