(no subject)
This post is mostly to say I'm still around-
Just life has been hectic, and I've been feeling 'blah' lately.
(For the many of you who've been poking me, and making me know I've not been forgotten, and that I'm still wanted around? THANK YOU. It helps a lot- even when most of dealing with things is something I have to do myself, it does help.)
Puppies are doing awesomely well- they've doubled size/wieght in the first week as they're supposed to, and eyes and ears will be opening any day now. Soon, we won't have to keep our over-night watch on them in case one gets separated and chilled, etc.
(And considering that after the rainstorm, temps shot up to the triple digits in some areas during the day, them getting chilled is rather not possible. *wry*)
Last bit of news- I'm pondering putting together a Dread Pirate Roberts costume for work. It should fit dress code (requirement!), and I have a black apron that I can put a skull and crossbones logo on. >_> Which would be so much better than being a Dread Pirate Roberts with a green Starbucks Apron.
Now if I can only find a place to get some (free/cheap) business cards printed up- "Dread Pirate Roberts #177- ask about francise opportunities in your area!" to hand out.
