I am feeling the desire to roll stats, fill in a character sheet, form a party, grab some dice, and stay up til the wee hours buzzed on junk food and caffiene.

I miss my old Mage and Changeling characters from (old) World of Darkness.

I'm looking over Adventure! and 7th Sea and pulling out DVDs that fit into those sorts of world-settings.

Yes, I'm working and writing on my book, and having fun RPing online, which you think would fufill my creative outlets-

But I really really really want a fun, tabletop RPG. I have various character ideas! I want to work with others to figure out how to get our chars working in a party, and... adventure! Hijinks! Outrageous good rolls (yes, you can kill a dragon with ONE arrow), and outrageous bad rolls (where the DM cackles for 5 minutes while figuring what s/he's going to do to you). And times when the DM says 'Screw the dice, it works!' because the idea is just that crazy and awesome.

*lesigh*

Though, I will raise a glass in fond thanks to my friend Steven, who brought a D&D book to my HS graduation party, and got me started on RPGs in the first place.
