Room stuff.

Justing posting some updated photos of my room. Recently bought a few new things- note the new flowery rug and purple chandelier, both from Next, at very good prices! And they're so prettyful! <3

Next on my list of things to buy is a new bed, mattress and nice duvet covers! I think I am a shopoholic. I bought 6 new things from Evans today as well. Ooh, and some of my stuff from Simply Be arrived yesterday, although I had to send back one thing because it ws too big. The others look nice though! Things I ordered from Evans include a lovely snuggly new dressing gown, as my current one is too small, and is falling apart, and was a cheap/crappy one from primark anyway. Also ordered 2 nightdresses, a pleated skirt (which was on sale for £13.50!), a black longsleeved cardigan and a black tshirt. I decided I needed a plain top for a change, all the ones I wear are either patterned, or have lots of other detail like pleats etc, which is nice, but when you want to wear with a fancy skirt, it often becomes a bit much. And I am definately not a trouser/jeans person.

Back to the room-cluttered shelves! Everything in my room is cluttered with tonnes of knick knacks and bright things. Even my bed is covered in a plethora of colourful textured cushions.

The new rug! I love it, it was a bargain for one thing, and flowers and colour= so me! Also covers up my awful black carpet. I have no one to blame fr the carpet apart from myself, when swapping rooms with my sister, I was allowed to choose all the decorations, including new carpet, and the 15 year old wearing nothing but black, went for a black carpet. Admittedly I also did go for colourful walls, but still..black carpet. It shows up every speck, which might be okay in a normal persons bedroom, but in my room, which is basically a craft room with a bed shoved in one corner, and the mess that comes with that, it gets covered very quickly! In this photo I had literally just vacuumed, and you can see white specks already. At least the rug covers up the majority now.
