Well, I finally made the agonizing decision to sell my house. I was indecisive about this the past year, but when I consider everything, it's right for me. I already have a cool place picked out to live, it's smaller, clean, but with a lot of character like hardwood floors, etc. By consolidating like this I'll be able to pay off debts and pursue my business goals with the extra money. I'll also be able to move to another city in a heartbeat if I choose to do so...
