I finally made it to LA Medicine. Its the posh bar on campus that just opened. I usually walk in spend about 2 min trying to get a drink, give up and go to Stumble ( the pub/tavern like bar). As usual I did end up in the Stumble, but I eventually made my way back up to medicine. The rugby team was in stumble, luckily they kept their clothes on this time and didn't vomit on anyone that I was standing next to. I still haven't been able to tell what exactly separates the rugby team from the drinking society. I think maybe they are louder? They just sit there for hours on end drinking and singing, it is really entertaining. It reminds me of some of the pubs that I went to in Dublin. I like it when drunk gaggles of accent clad men sing there drinking songs. It's kinda makes me go 'shit, I really am in England aren't I'? I kinda want to join the rugby team, but I think the novelty would wear off in about a week.
Medicine is really nice, minus the fact that it takes you half the night to get a drink. I have decided to buy a flask, I can't be bothered to wait in the que, or pay (not that I ever do). Since Ben is now on security I am not really afraid of getting kicked out. Seeing as it is getting perpetually colder every fucking day I am getting more excited about how close all the bars are to my room. All the girls were out on the pull last night, so they went off to the union to do some booty shaking and Cam and I stumbled home. I was planning on doing some studying, hell I don't understand the research articles sober might as well read them drunk. But as soon as we got back and finished my cigarettes I decided that it would be more fun to just go watch a movie with Cam, especially since he always feeds me. I guess I will have to try my little plan again tonight.
