Ocean Blue
One of my favorite cats has been missing since Wednesday morning. We have looked high and low for the little guy and we're just dumbfounded as to how the hell he managed to escape the backyard. We've walked the fence line, both sides over and over looking for a hole in the fence, searching for answers. The fence is 8 feet tall, and Kai is a munchkin breed with little legs about 2 1/2 inches long, most cats are at least 5 inches long. In the 4 years we've had Kai, this has never happened. It's like he vanished into thin air. As soon as our other computer is fixed of whatever virus it has, we're going to print up flyers and we're offering a reward.
My heart and my mind can't handle this shit. We've already had 3 cats in 4 years disappear and it breaks my heart, this one has been extra hard to deal with. It's hard to stay positive and hopeful since the other cats never returned.
We named him KAI because in Hawaiian it means "ocean" which is what I think of when I see those pretty blue eyes of his. He's one of the sweetest and coolest cats I've met and I wish he would come home. It's like he grew wings and flew away, it just doesn't make any sense
I really miss him and can't keep it together.
