that's the breaks

In lieu of my new years resolutions, I ventured out alone last night. The hubby might've come, but he was at work.

My original plan was to go to the tatto convention, then the Continental Club, but as I was driving downtown I decided I didn't need to spend senseless money at the convention and was better off going to the C.C.   I get over to the club and the 7pm show had sold out and I wasn't about to wait around for the 11pm show. I decided "fuck it" and headed to the convention where I proceeded to spend money on random shit I didn't need, but wanted.  Tat conventions are ok, but really, what's the point unless you're getting work done?  To top it off, it's $7 to park and $15 to get in, so you'd be spending that + your tat fee. It just doesn't seem worth it.

The cedar is really getting to me this week, but I know it can always be worse.

I'm cutting my mom-in-laws hair this afternoon. No pressure, right?!  We're cutting off 12 inches to donate, which is even more nerve racking because it's a shock to most peoples systems after having all that long hair for years. I am excited to do it because I think it will look much better on her.

I leave you with a picture, me after my venture out last night. I was so sleepy.

Hmm, perhaps I should've worn the red lipstick after all?  It's weird to have natural colored hair after the blonde over the summer and red over the fall season.
