Fuck T-Mobile!

I don't have service through you, I never have and now never will. The new home phone number that was assigned is on their list so I keep getting calls about "important changes to my account" and am advised to call and "reference message 100". No further information is left. I dealt with it for a couple of months (every 3-4 days getting a message) before finally calling and speaking to some one. She filled out some form and said the messages would stop after a couple of weeks at the latest.

So, fast forward 3 or 4 weeks and the messages are still coming. Sometimes every other day. I call again today to complain (giving a fake name), they try to tell me they cannot help me unless I give my social security number...WTF?!?! I tell the lady it's no of their business what my SSN is - I have never had service through them, therefore my SSN would not be in their system. I reminded her of this, and said that they must have my number somewhere or else they would not be harassing me. She tried to tell me that customer service could not do anything, said I needed to go to a dealer. I advised her that the dealer is not the one harassing me, they are and it needs to stop. She puts me on hold...again...after 10 minutes of static filled crappy music, it goes to fast busy. Fucktards.

Any suggestions on how to take this to the next level? Should I write to the WA Attorney General's office?
