I was treated to a showing of Slumdog Millionaire last night. I understand why everyone is raving about this film. I couldn't watch the scene with the actor's helicopter flying in though. I was gagging when I saw what was going to happen. For fear of disgusting the rest of the audience and me risking being sick on them, I had to turn away.
I just invigilated an exam for a single student. Something interesting happened... he asked for my number, and kept complimenting me. I was to tell my boyfriend that he is a lucky man because I am so cute and smart. He complimented me in a way which was polite without being sleezy. while it was a bit uncomfortable since I was the invigilator and he the student, I don't think it will put me off from invigilating again. Just think though, that's the last place I would ever imagine being picked up!
