So I'm trying to explain the word "incarnate" to my students. I use the example of Jesus being the incarnation of God because he is God made flesh. To further illustrate the point, I ask my students who the Devil incarnate would be:
Me: Okay, guys, so if Christ is the incarnation of God, who is the incarnation of the Devil (I'm going for "the anti-Christ")
Brilliant student: Um...we are?
Indeed. Indeed.
Also, Beowulf...go see it.
