Armageddon, Prove Me Wrong

Well hello there. It's be awhile. Let's get right to this.

As previously mentioned, I quit sonic and found work at Chili's. Well, much to my pleasure, I'm no longer working at Chili's. I now have an 8-5 job, monday through friday, working customer service at a t-shirt wholesaler. What I do is sit at a desk and answer phones. The people on the other end of the phones are screenprinters/embroiderers/etc. who want to buy to t-shirts to work on. I take their order. I hang up the phone. I make money. Lather, rinse, repeat.

It sounds sort of repetive, and it kind of is, but it's a great job. The people there are all nice and I fit in really well. It's great.

I've been feeling really good lately. I'm much happier here than I ever was at Sonic, which is good. Although, everytime I drive by sonic, I miss the people there. Kristen, Allison, Drew, Amanda, Eddie, Leslie, Kelly, Mr. Mike and Mrs. Rachel. But I'm glad that I'm not there anymore.

I put up a new version of "Teen Angst Isn't Cute When You're 20" and another song called "Towns & Cities" on Myspace today. "Towns & Cities" still needs some work, but I think "Teen Angst" came out fantastic. Just like I wanted it to sound.

As I'm getting more and more proficient with my recording gear, I'm getting ready to start making an album. Being as this is early on in the process, the song list and format are still being decided (will it be acoustic? full band? both? techno?), but I am compiling a list of possible album titles as we speak. Right now my top four/five are:

"The Sound of Sirens"
"In The Future, We'll Understand Where All This Went Wrong"
"Armageddon, Prove Me Wrong"
or
"Love Songs for Long Distance Relationships/Lovers" (i can't decide which I like better.)

Hopefully I'll be able to get a laptop soon and I can record some demoes of the band I'm currently in.

**Sigh**
