Last night, (Dimebag) Darrell Abbott was shot and killed onstage at a nightblub in Ohio. Pantera's been my favorite band for a while now...and I was so looking forward to seeing Damageplan play someday. Now he's gone. Mayhem, the head of security, two audience members, and the shooter were killed also. It's so sad...I don't understand why anyone would do something so horrible. 24 years to the day after John Lennon was killed. Darrell was an amazing fucking guitarist and by all accounts a wonderful human being. My thoughts are with Vinnie and Rita.

Me and Tulsa did shots of Jag and listened to Far Beyond Driven all night. Rest in peace Darrell.
