As many eagle-eyed followers will have noted, our very own Leader gets a thank you in Roger Sargent & Anthony Thornton's book, 'Bound Together', on account of his general brilliance (and, er, like, interviewingness). A Cult Salute and a chorus of 'Long live Phil RAR's, if you please! However, I, Humble Cult Leader (and don't you forget it, no1fanofphilrar) feel it necessary to point out that, due to a publishing error, a vital page was missed out from this work. On on side was a full-page dedication to our Great Leader, and on the other, an advertisement for Mr Thornton's next project: "Cult Forever: The Definitive Story of Phil RAR and How He Changed The World". The greatest work of our generation, I'm sure you'll agree!!
