my thoughts produce nothing

I hate how I zone out so much. I have a fantasy world in my head and sometimes I'll snap out of my zone outs and realize that I've been sitting on my bed staring at my bedspread for almost an hour. I waste so much time

OMG, I do that, too! Whenever I snap out of it, I'm always sad because I realize that this is real life and nothing that great every happens...
