(no subject)
thursday evening i headed home and it was absolutely wonderful. i slept a lot, had some of mom's good food, and watched murphy brown season 1 on dvd that mom and dad bought me (yay!). on top of the lazy stuff, i got a lot of my portfolio work done; actually buying the portfolio and dropping off some digital images to be made into 11x 14's. now i just need to get some good writing samples and perfect the other pictures i have and (dare i say??) i'm ready to be interviewed for my internship. i'm nervous as hell but i'm looking forward to being out of the classroom and moving on with my life.
saturday night i went to meghan's apartment. despite yet another phone call from whoever the hell is deciding to harrass me, it was a good night. the bottle of grain i bought is certainly lasting me quite awhile seeing as i'm only about 1/2 way through it. after a quick stop at wings steph and i made it home and i spent the remainder of tonight working on homework and preparing dorky stuff for tomorrow.
this week is my final preference ceremony as an active sister. i am kinda glad i read last semester because i think it would be too emotional to read now. as excited as i am to graduate and move on it scares the hell out of me to think that i won't be living with all these girls again or having any of the random adventures that happen only when you live in a dorm. i'm not too sure i'm ready for may to come so quickly.
aaaaaaaaaand on that happy note, i'm off to get more work done. this week is going to kill me with all that i have to do!
