Biscuit Pudding

This is a friend's recipe for using up leftover biscuits.and fruit. The recipe needs to be tested, since she didn't give a backing time or temperature *.

Preheat oven to 325F *.

4 biscuits (baking soda, buttermilk or Bojangles)
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups chopped fruit (fresh or frozen sour cherries or peeled peaches, thawed or 2 large apples)
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Break up the biscuits into a large bowl
Beat the eggs in a small bowl until frothy.
Mix the eggs and other ingredients ino the biscuits.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13" and bake at 325F * for 30 minutes (see note above) *
