Been experimenting with hamburgers recently and this one is the best one so far:
Psuedo southwestern "I swear I live in arizona" burgers
Pre-made patties or handmade (I used ground sirloin and some Lea and Perrins, with an egg and some breadcrumbs)
Roasted poblanos or anahiems
Mayonaise of choice (not ready whip or any sort of "substitute" though)
Onions, diced
Tomatoes, diced
Jalapeños or pepper of choice, diced
Pepperjack cheese
Buns
In a blender or by hand mix some mayonaise with some of the chili peppers and set aside for about an hour. Mix the onions, tomatoes and rest of the chili peppers and set aside for about 45 minutes.
Layer the cooked meat patty, the cheese, which you should melt cheeseburger style, the roasted poblanos and the pico de gallo on top of the bun. The top bun you cover in the chili pepper mayo - it's good eatings.
