Kitchen Nightmares
My kitchen has been the focus of my past weeks. I got the cabinets installed two weeks ago, but when the person came to template my countertop he informed me that it was not level. I had it installed so it would be right. RIGHT! Right after I found out that the cabinets were not right, the people called to say my tile was in and they wanted to come on Monday (tomorrow) to lay the tile. I had to put them off because of the cabinets.
So tomorrow morning the cabinet people are coming to fix my cabinets. They better be right this time. Tuesday the tile layers will be here to start laying tile in the kitchen and dining room. That is a two plus day job. Then hopefully the counter top will be ready to be put in and I will have a full kitchen with working everything again. I've been living without a kitchen sink for three weeks now. Its getting real old.
So hopefully in a week and a half....or sooner... I will have a nice bright shiny new kitchen.
