Left Behind or That's a Rap(ture).
Yesterday wasn't an official day off, but it sure felt like.
The hallways of my apartment building were empty, the streets were empty, the office was empty. When I got to my cube, I somewhat nervously checked the news to make sure that I hadn't missed the apocalypse. Fortunately, I hadn't, but in this town, you might not notice.
Also, I am looking forward to traffic-free driving & ample parking post-apocalypse. I think I would still come into work, like one of those blue-collar guys who hits the lottery and doesn't change a thing.
