RL sucks
Been extremely busy with some rl issues lately, so I haven't had a chance to post here.
Hydra-
We killed Hydra for the first time last week, our 1st attempt didn't go to well, but after that we got the strat. down and managed to kill him fairly easily. Went WAR/NIN using Maneater/Ridill. The fight was actually very fun, I must say. Didn't have a chance to get any action shots since I was too occupied counting my shadows to make sure I didn't die, but I did get one of the kill shot.
DRK-
Had a chance to exp DRK a few times, and managed to take it to level 40. Been really enjoying the job, it's been a while since I leveled a melee. Been going as DRK/WAR using Great Axe and using Sturmwind - It's very impressive for this level. The only thing I dislike is the amount of hate I draw, most of the time I have to hold back on damage because I'll draw too much hate and just be an MP sink. This is alot different from when I leveled WAR, I could just go all out and not worry about drawing hate from the mob since I'd usually be tanking anyway.
Ullikummi-
The LS gathered up in sky this week to try and grab an Ulli - everyone knows how hard that can be lately with all the RMT up there. Well, we managed to actually claim him, which I was very surprised by. With the stone from Ulli, we were able to pop Byakko, which gave us a full Kirin pop set, so we decided to give good ol' Kirin a go. This also gave me a chance to try out THF/DRK for the first time!
THF/DRK - Sole Sushi, Soul Eater, Last resort, Sneak Attack, Assassins Charge, Minuet4.
