It's all downhill from here....
So I have this laptop with a bad lcd, a little d410 unit. I asked them to send me a replacement one, it's a 12.1" screen and they send me one for a 15.4". No need to get pissed at this tech guy...just give him a hint that he's talking stupid out of his ass.
