fashion n rants
so i was talking with my friend who modeled for the charity fashion show...... personally i thought she did a great job but she doesn't seem to think so. And she was talking about stuff and how she sort of wish she was actually in that industry (if i'd known, i shoulda totally made her sign up for antm wayyy back). I dunno...... i don't think i could ever live in (or aspire to) such a superficial world as the fashion industry, even if i think it's cool and pretty at times. It'd drive me crazy. With the entertainment industry as well...... it's all so shallow and honestly they can't help it (probably nobody can when surrounded by money n glamour n hot girls).
Yeah I just can't stand ppl faking and thinking highly of themselves when they're really not....
btw, does it ever bother anyone that all the japanese mixed models look the same? Seriously I can't tell them apart....... also they don't look asian at all.......
And for non-asians...... they're not that pretty either. Maybe I thought mixed ppl should be gorgeous, but i dunno..... they're not even as good looking as regular caucasians. Well maybe japanese girls and my beauty standards are a bit different. or i'm just jealous of them xP Tho i DO think that girl......Cristina? the one in ctkt date with jin. She has the look I really like. Love her eyes. I keep seeing her everywhere now..... it's hilarious. I only need to see part of her face to recognize.
Also recently i've taken an interest in gyaru fashion. I wanna look at magazines!! There's one called Jelly, and it just occurred to me...... there was some event with models in shibuya 109 that i took a pic of...... and lol it's jelly's models. I dunno any of them tho (or which ones i saw), they did get a ton of screams from the audience. oh coincidences...... but then again it really isn't since it IS shibuya 109 the mecca of gyaru it just so happened that nekkid kame poster was on the building
skimmed thru a movie called fujoshi kanojo. about this younger guy who dated this OL that was into...... BL. And she and her friends said he was a shy uke...... And he got soooo self-conscious with his male friend. And then he was trying to understand her world and it was all very orz..... (ex, he imagined a convo 'santa, don't ride your sleigh, ride me tonight'...... uh yeah ewwww)
yamapi + jaejoong + shirota yu had dinner together? :O omg pi really is introducing jj into his 'inner circle', it's hilarious and scary at the same time
