Busy like a bee!

The New Year really has started off at a fierce pace! I had guests almost all January, Wicy stayed for 10 days as I mentioned, Emil slept over, Sirkit bunked a couple of nights in order to escape the long drive home on her late shift. Wicy had two friends visiting while she was here, one stayed for 4 days and the other for 5. We had a Mad Hatter Tea Party with 10 people attending...if anyone wants to see piccies they can be found here. Very popular! Randi and Simone visited one evening too. :)

Oh and while I'm sharing, we had a fun Christmas party at the range, go here to see piccies of that. ;)

I've been tidying all spaces for a couple of weeks, getting rid of old stuff fallen out of use or broken, and rearranging furniture to make the rooms more spacious and practical. Ådne has finally gotten his room in working order and has slept there some nights. I'm so relieved to know that he's finally feeling safe enough in his own so he can do that! :) And can you imagine, finally, after 18 years in this house, the decorator is happy with her furniture arrangements! I suppose it's like with the cobblers kids eh...always the ones with the worn out shoes. ;) I'll take some piccies when I'm done with it all.

Last weekend was spent partly visiting BA and Hallvard at the new apartment they're sharing, working together on all our different projects, and celebrating Elli's 18th birthday! Imagine my little baby is fully grown! *heart swells to unmanageable size* She's still sick, been almost zombie-like a lot of the time since November. But I see there are a lot of things happening out there, so we're optimistic. :)

Oh and I have a new tennant...Helene...friend of Randis. :) Rather more on the private side in comparison, but very nice and sweet girl. I'm glad to have some extra money for sure!

This weekend I'm off work, so Saturday we'll have a new workshop. Oh and guess what! Anna and BA have found love together! I'm so happy about this, I was kinda wondering when they'd both get around to realizing that they would be a good match...but like with Randi and Hallvard I held my tongue and my distance. Such things are better left alone. Hallvard seems to think differently, in his mind I should have introduced him to Randi earlier. *rolls eyes* When actually at that time we'd just begun to close the distance between us, and I had just found out what a sweet girl she is and what a good match that could be. Well well...that's all water under the bridge. He's moving south come summer, trying to get a place at a school for hoof-smiths close to Kristiansand where she lives. I guess Anna might move in with BA after that.

We're mostly gonna be sewing or planning sewing on Sat. A new mate of mine, Oscar, is also coming. He's got a whole outfit to plan, and so do I. A pirate outfit! :D Wanna look at plans for that? Go here.

Also on Sunday there might be a bunch of people gathering here for the first production meeting for my eldest nephew Kristoffers movie. I'm hired as costume designer! I can't wait to hear the plans!

I have been so busy that I haven't even gotten around to finishing my arrows, the nocks are still not served and I broke one when I used them a couple of weeks back so I don't dare touch them until they're properly served. :S

*draws air* Hope ya'll are good! *hugs all around*
