Boy i knew this morning felt a little unusual... omens, i hate omens. anyways, i got left behind with this other kid in my CADD class while the rest of them went on a field trip to Stanford to listen to a seminar. shame, i was actually looking forward to going. i dressed up all nice with a tie and everything... but like always, i miss something. i misread the directions that said where on campus we were all to meet to get in the vans, and because of my stupidity i ended up getting left behind. this isn't the first time something like this has happened. im not mad, though i am a little disappointed that the front office didn't make a decent effort to locate us so that we would know where to go. it seemed like they just looked in one place, didn't see us, and then left. that's the consequences of being at a cheap private high school with staff and faculty members whom most are stricken with apathy.
1st quarter ends Oct. 15th, that's scary...
I'm beginning to wonder how good of a job the old band director did with the jazz band before Mr. Hunn came in... so i've been told, he did it damnwell better than Mr. Hunn. we definitely need an angel for our band, it's just getting to be too much of a joke now. no one cares anymore, there's barely any effort put into practicing the music and having decent rehearsals without any interruptions caused by talking out of turn. there must be some way Mr. Hunn is able to keep his sanity with all of the bad classes he has, it's impossible for him not to without something keeping him from it.
