No, not really. [He says, rubbing his head.] But, I'm sure I will be better soon. [Especially when a pretty young lady is concerned about him. But, he's too annoyed to be smooth.]

[She approaches, trying to check for any physical injuries. She doesn't see anything wrong - after all, he did teleport out of the car before it crashed - but it's best to check to be sure.]

Is your head all right? I'd be glad to check it out for you.

I'm not sure if it is or not. I never had a head injury before. [Well, except that time Slick was bonking on his cueball with that hitcher. Not that it really did anything other than surprise him.]

[His pupils aren't dilated and he'll remove his hand from his head and lower it so she can see. He has a visible bruised area on his head amidst his white hair. It could have been a lot worse of course.]

Oh, that's a nasty bruise. You may want to go home and put some ice on that, to keep it from swelling up, Doctor.

Close. But I think this will work better.

[She takes out a handkerchief from her purse, wrapping the paper towel and bag of ice in it.]

There. Just hold that over the bruise, and it shouldn't swell too badly. If your head hurts at all, it will help with that, too.

How long do these bruises take to heal? Pardon me for all the questions, but I am not use to having a human head just yet.
