hospital rules about coworker relationships

I was just wondering about a real Huddy relationship maybe happening soon-fingers crossed. Now, what would typically be the rules regarding coworker relationships in a hospital like Plainsboro-Princeton? Also, Cameron and Chase have been a couple for a while and this didn't seem to be a problem. Of course, Cuddy is House's boss, so that's potentially different. Anyway, does anybody know more about this issue? Thanks.

Update: I just read a great Huddy fanfic by Jendosan; guess what, he came up with a creative solution to the boss/employee relationship issue...
