Snowflake Challenge #6
I'm continuing to work backwards on the
snowflake_challenge . I've got HORRIBLE writer's block! I can barely manage this stuff, let alone real entries. I already wrote this entry and DW ate it.
In your own space, make a list - anything between one and ten things is a sweet spot, but don't feel constrained by that! - of things that you wish existed in fandom or elsewhere, or that you'd like someone to make for you. Are you dying for podfic of your writing? Do you need icons for a character that doesn't get much fanart? Is there a story you want to read? Are you looking for new canons to get into? Would you like a collaborator for a project?
Maybe you want more people to talk about a certain fandom with, or you'd love to trade ficlets with somebody over email. Maybe you're new to a fandom and would like some recs to start reading, or communities to join. This is the time to ask!
1. I wish the Jeeves fandom was larger. I assume most Jeeves fans feel this way.
2, I wish there were more fills at
give_satisfaction . Since the New Year, the prompts have been coming fast and furious! There are requests for kink, fluff, and feel-good. The member and subscriber lists are hidden, and non-members can make comment fics since it's anonymous. I'd prompt myself but there are simply too many unfilled ones. There are almost 850 comments on the Kinkiness post!
3. I wish there were fans who would like to have discussions of Wodehouse's writing, historical stuff, mores, servants, and more.
4. I wish there was a Swiss Army Man fandom, or at least fans writing fics for it.
