In 2006, David Bowie made a special appearance on "Extras," Ricky Gervais's comedy series. Some clips only have the song, but this has from David's entrance onward. Huh. Apparently BBC worldwide has blocked this video from my country (The UK!) but I have seen this before anyway luckily.

He did appear to have a wonderful sense of humour. I read something on twitter the other day that rang very true to me - "It's sad when the world loses a great artist but it's made worse when you realize what a great human being they were."
