Meanwhile, the Mark of Cain seems to have changed its power from Dean needing to kill to Dean needing to rub his arm once in a while and be kind of tense.

*laughing hysterically*

That's a good point that the boys REALLY didn't need to be there, but yeah, fans' heads would explode if they didn't, I suppose. Yay for an awesome Jody and Donna episode! And yay for a hilarious review from you!

Thanks! I had almost nothing to say that hadn't been said before, and better. So I'm glad you liked it.

Strangely, I think I enjoyed this episode BECAUSE it was Sam and Dean light. Or rather, their replacements were so much more interesting. I have a feeling there are episodes where the Js look at the script and think - cool, we can just phone this one in, and others that require real thought and commitment. This was a break for them and I think you're spot on with the tired feeling about it. They knew it was more about Jody and Donna and let them have it. The Mark stuff is just weird - I'm hoping it will make more sense after the next ep (tho not sure I should be holding my breath on that one).

And don't even start me on Sam's hair. It's either character assasination or hair assassination with Sam these days. Ugh.
