Question about LJ albums, photos, hard drive...

I seem to have a LOT of pictures, most of them unsorted.  Is there a way to move them from one folder to another?

Also, should I let them all stay on my hard drive?  I have most of them both in My Pictures on Microsoft and in Picasa.  Not everything is in Picasa.
